Guests will be able to access everything that is in the house. Feel free to use them. The whole house is all yours.
Other things to note
Please note that we have another house at the same building at the ground floor of the Daedalux house, which is called Daedalux tiny street house (it hosts up to 2 guests). Each place has its own entrance and privacy but you can have your friends or other family members so close to you.
